Today was a sea day. Generally, I'm not a fan of a lot of sea days, but this one happened to be well timed as we were still really jet lagged.

Last night, dinner was at the Asian restaurant, where they were able to handle gluten free with ease. Our waiter had a son with a shrimp allergy, so he had some sympathy. For dessert, I had a very nice trio of creme brûlée: ginger, green tea, and a flavor I couldn't identify.

I went into the spa for some time in the sauna, whirlpool, and then the lovely heated chairs that face forward, where I watched the sunset. One of the spa staff came by, commented on my overall exhaustion, and several came by to ask if I was okay. I guess I really looked a mess. :)

This morning, Rick and I had early breakfast and then I went off to my acupuncture appointment. The acupuncturist was quite good, but that initial visit always takes time, so I missed the yoga class for the day. Schedule said there was one at 5, so I signed up for that instead.

Rick and I did a few things together, including the obligatory returning guest event, then had a nap. Rick slept while I went to the class, which turned out to be Pilates. One of the students said, "yoga, Pilates, they're both the same." Bull. She was one of those people who'd go to the extreme form even if she had to go into an unsafe position to do it, and there were several positions that would be unsafe for me (and probably others, especially out on the ocean with ground moving underfoot). Not a word about the correct way to do anything, but then I've done Iyengar too long, I guess.

So I was unhappy about that. The teacher waived the class fee, but if he's teaching the yoga classes, I'll skip them.

We went to dinner at the Tex-Mex place, where I had lobster tacos with taquitos as an appetizer.

We were tired still, so got up at 11. The rolling of the sea woke me up -- not bad, but a change, and I hadn't known if we'd passed through Gibraltar. Sadly, we had already, so we were out on the Atlantic with Morocco visible from our balcony.

Tomorrow: Casablanca.
