I've gotten so used to Tanner, I was surprised at how hard receiving this email was:

"Dear Deirdre,

Captain Jack’s annual membership in the HomeAgain Pet Recovery Service is coming up for renewal."

CJ was a good kitty. Rest in peace, little guy.
