Day -8: 0.4 miles, plus writing

Working on a story deadline, so don't have a ton of time for exercise today, so 0.4 miles to ramp up to next week.

Now I just need to GPS some distances so I can calibrate the Nike+ whoozi more.

Been writing today, but it's difficult to say how much my word count's increased because I didn't look at what it was before I started. Doh!
