All Dressed Up and Ready to Go

deirdreWoke up at 5:18, tried to get back to sleep. Gave up at 5:53, seven minutes before we'd set our alarm.
We got up, got dressed, and trundled down to the pool, only to discover that it had a late opening time due to the bank holiday today. Interestingly, no one seems to know why they have a bank holiday today....

rinolj had some haggis. I didn't.
And wow, just saw on CNN international that the Japanese farm minister hanged himself on the day where he was supposed to testify.
Last night during channel flipping, we watched a scene from The Matrix dubbed in German. Surreal.
