Rickshaw Bags: The One True Bag/Messenger
Jan. 8th, 2009 09:02 pmSo suʍoq ɹǝɥdoʇsıɹɥɔ happened to mention that Rickshaw bags had a booth at MacWorld, and that they made excellent bags.
I sneered at their Flash-only web site (as I happened to look when I had plug-ins disabled and saw nothing).
And then I went to see their booth.
Not only are their bags cool, you can go to their store and pick out your flap fabric and they'll make it for you on the spot. Furthermore, they're two blocks from Britex, so you can go buy an upholstery fabric and bring it back, and they'll laser cut it for you.
So there.
Part of it is made overseas (in China), but what shows on the outside is made right in San Francisco.
