Went to the doc recently, got x-rays of my back and a bunch of blood work. TSH was high by some people's standards, but that's a point of contention in the industry.

Two days ago, I noticed that one side of my neck was swollen. Doc says thyroid; I have an appt for that coming up. Then we get to figure all that out. Fun.

I still think he should have asked for the other blood tests, as that will save time in the long run. Grr.

Meanwhile, I have two herniated discs. We did some strength tests, and now I go to PT aka torture. I also got a handicap placard form. I have mixed feelings about that, but sometimes I need it.
