Anti-virals, day three

1) Eating really really helps. For me, the most successful thing has been to eat several ounces of full-fat yogurt when I take the pill if I haven't just eaten. I like Greek Gods. (I do this first thing because I can't eat anything with fiber until an hour after my thyroid pill, so it's thyroid pill + 1 glass water, then have yogurt then acyclovir + 1 glass water. An hour later, I can have breakfast, coffee, and the prednisone.)
2) When they say to take it with water, they mean chug down 6 ounces, then swallow the pill with the remaining 6. Do not skimp.
3) Keep around a couple of ibuprofen in case you get a headache.
